Policies & Procedures

CUSTOMER Check-in

New Clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to complete client intake form. A completed form is necessary so we can provide you with the individualized service you deserve and expect. Returning clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment for assessment of any changes. It is the clients responsibility to inform their therapist of any allergies, medications, surgeries and procedures before each appointment. When booking an appointments, please inform us if you are pregnant.

Please communicate before reserving your services if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. Exposure to steam vapors may be detrimental to the health of those with diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and heart conditions. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before scheduling a service.

If you're currently taking or have been taking Accutane, Retin-A or any other blood thinning medications, you will  need to wait at least 14 days or up to 6 months from the day you stopped taking them to receive services.

Refund Policies

  • Services: Unfortunately, for spa services & rituals we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes spa packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the spa for free consultation.

  • Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable, and non-transferrable.

  • Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours prior to your appointment. 

  • If you purchase a voucher through a Third Party site, you will need to contact that party to discuss their refund policy.

  • Groupon Customers/ Local Flavor Customers: Once an appointment has been confirmed, our systems will auto redeem the voucher. If you miss your first appointment with us your first appointment you miss is FREE to re-book. The second appointment missed, you will be charged a $25 re-book fee, and the third time you will 40% of the full value of the service at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals
Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, however, your service will end at the time of your originally scheduled appointment. Full payment for service will be applied. A late arrival of 15 minutes or more will need to be re-scheduled.


Cancellations
Please be respectful of our time as well as other clients. Your intended appointment time could have been utilized by another client. This is why we strictly enforce a 24 hour appointment change or cancellation notice. Any appointment changes or cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged a fee of 20% the original treatment price. The fee is due at time of re-booking. Gift certificates, prepaid appointments, and vouchers intended to be used for such appointment will also be charged such fee. All of the above will be forfeited in case of no call no show. Clients who abuse our policy will need to prepay all future appointments and payment will be forfeited in case of no-show.


Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and may be used for original priced services only.  Our standard 24 hour Cancellation Policy applies. Gift certificates will expire as noted on the certificate.​
 

Spa Packages and Parties
Payment in full is required at time of booking for couples massage and all packages.
50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for private spa parties. 


It is customary to provide your therapist 15-20% ggratuity if you are pleased with the services provided.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your privacy is important to us. It is Chicago Glam Factory's  policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://www.chicagoglamfactory.com, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Safety is our top priority! Due to safety regulations, there will be NO extra guests/kids allowed during your service.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

You can order through our general shop using both of the coupon codes (which we will email you) to place your order with no upfront charges. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges. If you prefer to send us a list of SKUs and quantities, that works too!

​

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 7% per invoice total, a minimum charge of $25.00 will apply.

Orders over $1500 are FIS.

​

We do not ship international orders at this time.

We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
